Depending on the composition of your order, 3 levels of shipping can be available, divided as follows.

However, most precise information regarding fees and delivery countries will be available at the check out.

Note: all above estimated delivery dates are displayed in working days after the order is packed and shipped from our warehouse. We aim to ship your order with in 24 hours after your order confirmation.

All our items are shipped from The Netherlands where our own warehouse and operation is based. All our inventory is 100% stocked in our own facilities directly managed by us, so we can ensure all orders are processed promptly. We are not a "drop-shipping" type of store that uses outsourced third-party warehousing/order-preparation services.

Domestic orders ( Netherlands & Belgium ) will be shipped with POST NL and will always be delivered with in 2 working days after shipping your order.

European & International orders will be shipped by DHL STANDARD, we also offer DHL EXPRESS through air service for the fastest delivery possible. The prices and estimated shipping times are depending on the country and will be displayed at the check out.

You can contact us to change the shipping adresss on your order prior to dispatch. In some instances, it may not be possible to edit a shipping address. We always try to process your order as fast as possible and once we shipped your order we can not edit your shipping address. You may be able to do this via the couriers page directly.

Within the European Union no duties or taxes will apply. Please keep in mind that handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. These additional costs aren't part of the initial shipping costs. The additional costs will always be for the customer.

Good news for our Dutch cutomers since we are a dutch based brand, we ship domestic orders for 7.95 euro or compeletely free for orders above 75 euros. All orders will be delivered the next working day.
