All our items are shipped from The Netherlands where our own warehouse and operation is based. All our inventory is 100% stocked in our own facilities directly managed by us, so we can ensure all orders are processed promptly. We are not a "drop-shipping" type of store that uses outsourced third-party warehousing/order-preparation services.

Netherlands
All domestic orders are shipped with PostNL.

European & International
We ship exclusively with FedEx Priority for fast, reliable delivery with fully tracked FastLane service.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

You can contact us to change the shipping adresss on your order prior to dispatch. In some instances, it may not be possible to change a shipping address. We always try to process your order as fast as possible and once we've shipped your order we can't change your shipping address. You may be able to do this via the couriers page directly.

European Union
No duties or taxes apply within the EU.

United Kingdom & United States
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we collect all required customs duties and taxes at checkout. These percentages are legally determined and outside our control.
Your package is always shipped DDP, so you will never face unexpected charges upon delivery.

Other international destinations
For countries outside Europe, customs or import fees may apply upon arrival, depending on local regulations.

Good news for our Dutch cutomers since we are a Dutch based brand, we ship domestic orders for 6.95 euro or compeletely free for orders above 75 euros. All orders will be delivered the next working day.
