Which payment options do we offer?

For our Dutch & Belgium customers we offer Ideal & Bancontact.

For our International customers we offer all type of options such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Paypal.

For our members or referral system we also accept gift cards.

In which currency can i pay?

We support multiple currencies, once you visit our website we will locate your country code and you will see the currency which is attached to your country. Want to change your currency and shipping methods? Simply click the menu at the top left and change it manually at the bottom.

Can i get money back when the price has changed after i have ordered?

Our prices regularly change as a result of seasonal trends, changing stocks and increasing or decreasing demand from customers. For these reasons, we cannot reimburse any price differences afterwards. We will always be fully transparent and in any case of a upcoming sale, discounts and other promotions you will be notified as a member before hand.

Is it safe to enter my payment details online?

We take security seriously and offer safe, reliable payment methods. If you are paying by debit or credit card your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. When paying by bank transfer you will be making the payment in the secure environment of your bank's online systems.

How will my transactions show on my payment?

For payments by card: Your transaction will appear as 'WILGEN B.V.' on your card or bank statement.
