Order tracking & information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information. By clicking on it, you can access an interface enabling you to track the progress of your parcel.

Note: For orders with an extreme high volume or total items ( above 2KG / 4.409 lbs ) you will only be able to use DHL express for some countries, if you prefer DHL standard you will have to make two separate orders. This is always indicated at the check out.

I have not received an order confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. Did not receive e-mail? First check the folder with unwanted mail or spam. If the confirmation cannot be found here either, please contact us. Our customer service will then check the status of your order and help you find your order confirmation.

Order processing

We aim to process and ship orders placed between Monday and Saturday with in 1 working day sometimes we will even pack and process orders on Sundays. We like to process orders very quickly.

Note: in some occasions like national holidays, or high volume periods this may take a little bit longer.

What if i am not at home when my order is due for delivery?

You will receive courier information upon dispatch of your order. If you are not available for your delivery, we would recommend contacting the courier to re-arrange delivery or for your parcel to be left in a safe place (where possible). In most occasions the carrier will leave a note or sent you a email where you can pick up your parcel. In some occasions your package may be delivered at the neighbors house.

Lost or stolen packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered" by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note, LVW is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

If the carrier's tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

Order cancellations

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it because we like to process and ship orders very quickly.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

Pre orders

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.

Gift packaging

LVW is one of the few underwear brands that are very ambitious with their packaging. We offer 2 types of Luxury Packaging.

Standard Packaging

If you order less than 3 products from the underwear, socks or swimwear category your order will be presented in a black recycled ziplock bag, with gold LVW branding.

Luxury gift box

If you order a bundle, or a minimum of 3 products from the underwear, sock or swimwear category. your order will be presented in a Matte Black Luxury hard case gift box with magnetic closure. The perfect gift for your loved ones.

Add a beautiful, luxury gift box to your order. Your items will be wrapped in tissue paper with our classic signature logo. These rigid gift boxes have a sturdy magnetic closure, and they make a high-quality addition to your underwear order. Repurpose them later to store your favorite underwear sets.

Your Order with Luxury Packaging will always be delivered inside a discrete non branding carton with your shipping label attached to it.

How do i apply a promotional code to my order?

1. Go to your shopping Cart

2. Type the promotional code into the 'add discount code' and click 'Apply'

3. Your discount should appear in the order summary box and the estimated total should change

My discount code doesn't work, what now?

If your discount code does not work, check the following:

- You can only use one discount code per order. Some discount codes are limited to one -time use per customer;
- The general terms and conditions can vary per discount code.
- Some discount codes are only valid for certain articles or have a date on which they cancel. So always check the promotion conditions that belong to the discount code that you try to use;
- Some discount codes are limited to specific countries or customer accounts.
