Will my order take longer to arrive during the sale?
Due to the crazy Holiday Sale rush, we need up to 3 business days to process your order. Thanks for your patience!
Can I return or exchange items bought during the sale?
Normally we love to return or exchange your products but due to the very high discounts all Holiday Sale purchases are final sale, so returns or exchanges aren’t possible with the exception of faulty products and wrong delivered sizes.
Do LVW FAMILY members still earn points during the sale?
Absolutely! You’ll still earn points on your purchases and you can redeem them for the best rewards.
Return & refund policy
We want you to love your LVW products, but your wishes are our top priority. This is why we offer returns/exchanges and refunds for all international customers. Make sure to contact us with in 30 days of receiving your order send us an email at info@lvwstore.com with your order number and reason of returning.
We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact. Our size and comparison guides present detailed measurements, available on each product page. Please contact us for any assistance service at info@lvwstore.com.
Sale products
All discounted products sold during events such as black friday and for example summer sale are listed as final sale and are not refundable.
How to request a return?
Our return window is within 30 days of receiving your order. A return fee will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, resulting in longer processing.

Once we received your email, we will notify you if your return is accepted. We can not accept returns and give refunds without your request.
NOTE: by providing clear pictures and or details when requesting your return the issue will be solved faster.
Are returns free?
For our LVW members, and all dutch customers yes.
For non members and international customers we ask a small return fee.
Return fee:
- THE NETHERLANDS = FREE
- EUROPE = 6 euros
- USA = 8 dollars
- REST OF THE WORLD = 8 dollars
Do i have to pay shipping costs for my return?
Returns are the customer's responsibility and we do not offer return labels, we will not cover any additional shipping expenses with the exception of faulty or damaged products or in case you received the wrong size or color.
Can i return underwear?
Please note that under/swimwear (all bottoms in our under/swimwear categories), can only be returned if the packaging is un-opened and or if the product is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong size or color. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold. Please double check the size and style before opening the product.
Where is my return?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Note: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we can only start your return process after receiving the parcel at our warehouse.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
In the unlikely event you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order at info@lvwstore.com
Should you receive an item with an incorrect color or size from your original order, please email us with a picture of the item(s). Please show the size tag, the original packaging and send the photos within 48 hours upon the receipt of the order. We will process a replacement once we confirmed the order.
Please note due to health concerns, items that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for refund.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the criteria below:
- Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item - size, style, color.
Which products can i not return?
Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons we have a strict policy on returning underwear and swimwear. We can only accept returns if your underwear/swimwear is UNOPENED, UNWORN, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Therefore we advise you to use our size chart, and always double check your size before ordering.
We hold a lot of value for the safety for our customers and we can not re-sell under/swimwear which has been opened or worn. We thankyou for understanding.
Exchange policy
If you want to exchange a color our size simply sent us an email at info@lvwstore.com and we gladly exchange any unopened products for you. The additional shipping costs will always be for the customer.
When do i receive my refund after a return?
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method, minus the return fee. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
