You have a 14-day return window.
Underwear can only be returned if it is unopened, with the packaging, seal and tags intact.
Thongs and final sale items cannot be returned; however, store credit may be issued.
A return fee applies — please see below for details.
How to Start a Return
We want you to love your LVW products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@lvwstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Reduce Returns
Choosing the correct size helps reduce unnecessary returns and lowers environmental impact.

Return Fees
We aim to deliver the best in product, design, and service. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help with exchanges or returns.

United Kingdom: £10 GBP
Europe: €7.50 EUR
USA: $20 USD
Rest of the World: $30 USD
Sale products
All discounted items sold during events such as Black Friday, Summer Sale, or other promotional periods are considered final sale and are not refundable.
In some cases, we may offer shop credit instead.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including any products that have been worn or items purchased from a clearance sale.
For hygienic reasons, thongs can never be returned — even if unworn.
Final sale items and opened underwear are also not eligible for refunds. In some cases, shop credit may be offered.
Do i have to pay shipping costs for my return?
Returns are the customer's responsibility and we do not offer return labels, we will not cover any additional shipping expenses with the exception of faulty or damaged products or in case you received the wrong size or color.
Where is my return?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Note: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we can only start your return process after receiving the parcel at our warehouse.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
In the unlikely event you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order at info@lvwstore.com
Should you receive an item with an incorrect color or size from your original order, please email us with a picture of the item(s). Please show the size tag, the original packaging and send the photos within 48 hours upon the receipt of the order. We will process a replacement once we confirmed the order.
Please note due to health concerns, items that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for refund.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the criteria below:
- Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item - size, style, color.
