Returns
At LVW, hygiene, product integrity, and premium quality come first. Because most LVW products are intimate items, we apply a strict return policy to protect both our customers and our brand.
We want every customer to receive a brand-new, unworn, and untouched product. For that reason, all underwear and swimwear sales are final. All other items are eligible for returns.
Underwear & Swimwear
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all underwear and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable. Instead, we offer a risk-free first purchase through our First Pair Guarantee.
LVW cannot verify whether intimate products have been tried on or worn after delivery. To maintain the highest hygiene standards as a premium brand, opened intimate items are always final sale.
Premium First Pair Guarantee
We offer a one-time First Pair Guarantee for new customers.
- Valid on your first order only
- Limited to 1 underwear item per household
- Issued as store credit only
- No return required
This guarantee is designed to let new customers experience LVW risk-free.
Important:
The First Pair Guarantee applies to underwear only.
All non-underwear products are excluded.
LVW reserves the right to refuse this guarantee in case of misuse, repeat claims, or suspicious activity.
Non-Intimate Products
Items such as tank tops, clothing, and other non-intimate products may be eligible for return if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed and unused
- All original tags are attached
- The packaging is undamaged
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
All returns must be approved by LVW before being sent back.
Faulty, Incorrect, or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- A faulty item
- The wrong item
- The wrong size due to an LVW packing error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation
- Clear images of the issue
LVW will offer one of the following at no cost:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A full refund
In these cases, LVW takes full responsibility.
Return Shipping
For approved non-intimate returns:
- Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer
- Any import duties, taxes or additional charges incurred during return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We strongly recommend tracked shipping
- LVW is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
- Responsibility remains with the customer until the return has been received by LVW
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, color or item yourself, we recommend placing a new order first to secure stock.
After placing your new order, contact us and we willassist you with your exchange request.
We do not reserve stock for exchange requests.
